Relevant Government Project Experience
Momo has experience in 3D visualization, having collaborated with numerous government agencies, including HDB, PUB, the Land Transport Authority (LTA) and the Singapore Tourism Board (STB). This experience has equipped Momo with a deep understanding of government standards and project requirements.
In 2024, Momo was honored to be involved in creating animations and renderings for two developments for HDB, The Rail Corridor and Bayshore c1 and c2. Having worked on two HDB projects, we understand the expectations and requirements involved. Hi Anthea,
I’ve prepared two animation references based on our conversation yesterday. The first is an animation we previously created for HDB for their Rail Corridor project. We’d like you to focus on the storytelling aspect of the video. It would start with the location of the development, transition into a white model animation showcasing key concepts, and then flow into the full animation.
Given the short timeline and the preliminary nature of this animation, we propose crafting it into a cohesive story with a consistent flow. If feasible, we could integrate segments from past animations to tie it all together seamlessly, and perhaps render out a few key scenes for added impact.

Animation References
The second reference is the animation featuring panning renderings. Given the short timeline and the need to update the animation’s masterplanning elements, we suggest creating a few updated renderings. With these, we can pan or animate them into short clips. This approach would save time, and we could also propose including clips of interiors or interesting spaces to enhance the video’s appeal.

We’ve created a video segment and explored various ways to enhance the animation. Instead of relying solely on traditional stock videos, we’ve developed several options and scenes that can be integrated into parts of the video presentation. These additions can highlight specific areas, emphasize key points, and incorporate infographics to better explain concepts and the separation of spaces.
