Relevant Project Experience
Momo has had the privilege of collaborating on numerous high-profile residential projects with renowned developers and architects over the years. Our experience spans landed homes and boutique developments. Notably, we worked with the legendary architect Toyo Ito on a residential project in Japan, in collaboration with local developer SHC.
We have also partnered with leading architecture firms and developers on several internationally acclaimed projects, including Trump Towers, the Melawati project in Malaysia, and Versace Home’s iconic building. In addition, Momo has collaborated with Xpase International, KOP, and Shanghai Lujiazui on the world’s largest indoor ski resort in Lingang, Shanghai, where we were tasked to work on the Ice Hotel and both hot and warm zones.
Recently, we teamed up with RTX Collin on its latest development, which saw a highly successful launch with Mr. Gan Kim Yong as the guest of honour.

Project is a collaboration with a local developer SHC and the project is based in Japan.
Our recent work (2023) exemplifies our commitment to landscape visualization. We collaborated with the visionary architect and VivoCity Creator, Toyo Ito, on a unique development concept: a "boutique garden city." We're honored to have contributed to the marketing collateral for this project, where every plant and element was meticulously chosen and requested to create a garden oasis within a residential setting.

Hainan Hotel

We collaborated with Lujiazui China on a hotel development in Hainan, situated adjacent to a zoo. This project incorporates a lush landscape design with flowing water features. To capture the desired ambiance, we partnered with the client on a well-received animation currently showcased in the city center.

B House - Berrima
Project designed by Broadway Malyan
B-House, designed by renowned architect Jason Pomeroy, is a true work of art located at Berrima Road in Singapore. Its unique design and thoughtfully allocated spaces garnered significant media attention and were widely covered when it was first built. Although some time has passed since the project’s completion, Momo has recently enhanced the images using the latest rendering AI technology, preserving its status as an architectural masterpiece.
Weehur - Y-Suite Development
Project completion - Dec 2024
The project is a collaboration with local developer Weehur and involves expanding into the student accommodation development sector across various regions of Australia.
Momo is a long-time partner of Weehur and is assisting them with collateral for student accommodation in Australia. The project includes renderings, animations, and plans to serve as marketing materials, helping overseas students evaluate and make decisions about renting these premises.
Park Central
Mixed Development, collaboration with a local developer WeehHur
Momo collaborated with Wee Hur on one of their prestigious mixed-use developments in Australia. This project comprises residential, commercial, and student accommodation components. The development was very well received upon launch and marked the beginning of a series of successful developments by Wee Hur in the region.
Residential Development Compilations
Over the past decade, Momo has completed a wide range of award-winning residential projects. Our portfolio features carefully curated works, including animations, perspective renderings, and sectional perspectives—all very well received by stakeholders. Notable projects include the world-renowned Trump Tower Asia (the first Trump Tower in Asia), Melawati in Malaysia, Versace Home Development, and many more.

We have the honor of being able to work on two HDB developments, Rail Corridor, West Coast and Bayshore. Rail development, located in the Choa Chu Kang estate, showcase innovative design that pays homage to the area's rich railway heritage. The Rail Corridor development, in particular, features unique design elements like a train-themed playground and walkways inspired by railway tracks, reflecting the historical significance of the former Keretapi Tanah Melayu railway line that ran through the area until 2011.
With experience from two HDB projects, we are well-versed in the corporate video guidelines. Our prior work equips us to confidently and efficiently meet the requirements, minimizing adaptation time and ensuring a seamless production process.
Sentosa
Central Beach Bazzar and Imbiah Terrace
Project completion Sep 2022
The project is a collaboration with the Mt Faber Group and is based in Singapore.
We teamed up with Mount Faber Group to create a cool animation for Sentosa's Central Beach Bazaar. The animation shows off the Bazaar's fun vibes and all the cool stuff you can do there. It even features Asia's tallest waterjet display and the amazing Wing of Time show! We helped turn the idea for the Bazaar into something eye-catching that gets people excited to visit.

WintaStar Shanghai, Wheel of Dream Theme Park and Mix Development
Project is a collaboration with a local developer KOP, Xpanse and Shanghai Lujiazui Development (Group) Company Limited and the project is based in China Shanghai.
Momo has also contributed to several theme park developments overseas. Notably, we partnered with Singaporean developers KOP and Xpanse Singapore on the Shanghai Winterstar project, set to open in early 2025. While the biodiversity is unique, featuring masterful ice carvings by our very own Jeffery, it creates a captivating animal-themed environment within an ice hotel.
National Art Gallery Singapore
