Hi Desmond
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to introduce Momo Graphics Pte. Ltd. As a Singapore-based company, we are honored and look forward to the opportunity to collaborate with Technogym.
To provide you with a comprehensive overview of our capabilities, we have attached our company profile and portfolio for your review. We hope these documents will give you a clear understanding of our expertise and our approach to the project.
About Momo
Momo is a Singapore studio with over a decade of experience guiding prestigious local, government, and international companies through successful tender processes. Our portfolio includes notable clients such as Changi Airport Group, Surbana Jurong, CAAS, HDB, Keppel, Capital Land, Weehur, Frasers Property, Osim, and Sentosa Development. We are confident we can deliver the same level of expertise and support to your project.
Momo is also now powered by AI. With the power of AI, we are able to achieve more realistic rendering capabilities, enhancing our ability to provide cutting-edge visual solutions
Our Strengths
One of Momo's key differentiators is the composition of our team. Unlike many companies that rely solely on graphic designers, the majority of our staff are trained architects and technical staff. With a strong architectural and design background, this local team excels at interpreting complex project requirements. Comprising professionals with experience in architectural firms, we understand the challenges of architectural projects. Our passion for creating stunning visuals, combined with our extensive architectural experience, allows us to deliver results that truly capture the essence of each design.
Project Experience
Momo has had the privilege of collaborating on numerous high-profile collaterals with renowned developers, government agencies, and architects over the years. Notably, we have worked with HDB, Sentosa, Mandai, and Changi Airport Group on several projects that were very well received. While the nature of these works is similar to what you have described, some projects have yet to be launched, and certain animations are under NDA, so we are unable to feature some of them on our website.
Beyond these, Momo has been involved in a number of design projects, such as a Middle East stadium, the Shanghai Wintastar development in collaboration with Lujiazui, and a proposed theme park in Shenzhen. We have also worked with legendary architect Toyo Ito on a residential project in Japan, in collaboration with local developer SHC.
We are currently engaged in a video project for the Jurong Mega Port and are confident that our experience enables us to create engaging visual communications for the public.
We hope that the collated references will provide you with what you need to evaluate our team.
Thank you for your time.
Wishing you a wonderful day.
Many thanks,
The Momo Team

GYM related projects
Momo has worked on a variety of gym-related projects, including those integrated as amenities for developments and condominiums. We have compiled a selection of renderings from our previous projects, and we will also provide you with options for your consideration. We hope some of these examples will be suitable, and we look forward to the opportunity to collaborate.
There are several services you may wish to consider when promoting your gym design:
Renderings.
One of Momo’s key strengths is the quality of our renderings, which bring gym spaces to life by showing how people will interact with the environment and equipment. Renderings can also show context and headroom, helping your audience better appreciate the space.

Animation flythrough.
We have created many gym-related animations, most are short snippets. A short flythrough can effectively showcase the movement of gym-goers and make the space more engaging. We have prepared two examples of amenities animations that present flythroughs of the spaces to the audience. One of these is for a Hainan resort that we previously worked on.

Osim uAlpine
Equipment animation. Since equipment is an important part of your proposal, we also recommend animating it to show how it is used, how it interacts with the surrounding space, and how it fits into the overall environment. Momo is also proud to be one of the main official graphics providers for OSIM and FairPrice.

360 renderings VRs
360 view. You may also create a 360-degree view of your gym using a free online application, with the option to view the space in real time through a 360 headset or on an iPhone. This can be done either offline or online, depending on the situation. You can also make it interactive and clickable, allowing viewers to move from space to space with a click of the mouse. Momo also highlights virtual walkthroughs as a way to give viewers a vivid interpretation of the space.

We have also compiled some of our latest projects in the next few slides, which include animations and renderings of spaces.
Weehur - Y-Suite Development
Project completion - Dec 2024
The project is a collaboration with local developer Weehur and involves expanding into the student accommodation development sector across various regions of Australia.
Momo is a long-time partner of Weehur and is assisting them with collateral for student accommodation in Australia. The project includes renderings, animations, and plans to serve as marketing materials, helping overseas students evaluate and make decisions about renting these premises.

Mandai Wild Adventure East
Mandai Wildlife Group
Momo is honored to collaborate with Mandai on its newest adventure theme park. We worked closely with Mandai to develop new collateral, which was broadcast across the island during the launch. The campaign was well received by stakeholders. It also generated strong public interest and engagement

Hong Kong Bay Pinnacle: MICE Design Schematic Proposal
Project is a collaboration with a local architecture firm.
The Hong Kong Pinnacle (or Nexus @ Hong Kong) is proposed as a design schematic for a premier, multi-functional MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) destination in the iconic Bay area. This sophisticated development is strategically located to offer world-class, versatile spaces for global business events, featuring striking modern architecture with geometric glass facades. Crucially, the design uniquely integrates key community amenities, such as a stylish public library overlooking a stadium and a public pool area, providing delegates with unique leisure options and ensuring the development serves as a vibrant, integrated urban hub for both international visitors and local residents.

Middle East Football Stadium
The project is a collaboration with a local architecture firm
Momo has been tasked with assisting in a stadium proposal for a project in the Middle East. We were requested to produce a number of renderings, including communal spaces such as the library and event areas. The scheme was subsequently selected for the next phase, and our collateral is currently being displayed in a public exhibition hosted by the client in their city.

Skye @ Tuas
Soon Hock Group
Momo was honored to have the opportunity to work with Soon Hock Group on its prestigious project, Skye@Tuas. The project was well received and marked a successful launch.
Momo would like to express our sincere thanks to all relevant parties involved.

WintaStar Shanghai
Project is a collaboration with a local developer KOP, Xpanse and Shanghai Lujiazui Development (Group) Company Limited and the project is based in China Shanghai.
Momo has also contributed to several theme park developments overseas. Notably, we partnered with Singaporean developers KOP and Xpanse Singapore on the Shanghai Wintastar project, which is set to open in early 2025. This project features a unique biodiversity theme, masterful ice carvings by our own Singaporean award-winning ice sculptor Jeffrey, and a captivating themed environment within an innovative ice hotel. Momo is honored to have been involved in designing Shanghai’s first ice hotel and its warm zone amenities.
