We have found an excellent alternative to your request for a moving 3D model in real-time, without the need for a customized app or additional hosting costs. Users (including all your sales colleagues) simply need a clickable link hosted on Sketchfab for instant, real-time access from any device.
 

If you are interested, Momo would create the 3D model, configure the materials, specifications, and interactive elements. The cost would be approximately S$3.5k–5k, depending on the number of clickable hotspots, plus a Sketchfab subscription. Please note that real-time models have size limitations to ensure smooth performance, so we would optimize accordingly.
